Definitions
Throughout this Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "Tumbooon Express" (also referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to the platform operator providing this service.
- "User" (also referred to as "You" or "Your") refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Platform" refers to the Tumbooon Express website and application and any associated digital channels operated by Tumbooon Express.
- "Service" refers to the online merit item delivery facilitation and supply sourcing provided by Tumbooon Express.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tumbooon Express, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders. The User must be at least 20 years old. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Service Description
Tumbooon Express provides a merit-making delivery service. We facilitate the delivery of Sanghadana and other related item offerings to temples on behalf of our customers. Scope of Service: Tumbooon Express operates as an intermediary platform providing convenience in sourcing merit-product delivery, items, and performing meritorious services on behalf of the User. Tumbooon Express is not a legal representative, agent, or affiliate of any institution mentioned on the platform.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled. A detailed breakdown of product costs is presented to the User for review and confirmation prior to proceeding with payment.
4. Delivery
We strive to deliver within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability. The location of delivery will be chosen by the service provider; Tumbooon Express operates on a location-rotation basis to ensure location diversity.
5. Refund Policy
Once a payment transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. However, if Tumbooon Express is unable to perform the service due to our technical errors, Out-of-Stock, or other circumstances (such as severe weather conditions or government restrictions), Tumbooon Express will either: (1) issue a full refund, or (2) reschedule the performance to an alternative appropriate date as agreed with the User. Please contact us via chat support upon these alternatives.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The User acknowledges that online merit-making acts are matters of personal perspective and belief. Tumbooon Express explicitly disclaims any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the intangible outcomes, efficacy, or fulfillment of intangible expectations arising from the services provided.
8. Scope of Service Responsibility and Completion
Tumbooon Express is committed to providing reliable service. Tumbooon Express acts solely as a delivery service provider to ensure your items reach the destination. Upon arrival, a photo confirmation will be provided to mark the official completion of our service. In the unlikely event of any issues during transit such as Out-of-Stock or technical errors, in accordance with applicable Thai law, our maximum compensation for any claims will be equivalent to the amount of the service fee paid for that specific transaction. Please note that once the items have been successfully delivered to the designated destination, our service is considered officially fulfilled, concluding all financial responsibilities or refund eligibility related to that delivery.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms and operations fall under the jurisdiction and governing laws of Thailand.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
